A Message From Richard Zizian

Thank you for visiting our website. While we have never met, I know you quite well. You're a volunteer - a person who unselfishly gives of themselves and dedicates countless hours to helping others. You're a person who believes you can make a difference, despite the fact that you are often unrecognized and taken for granted. Welcome to InkBank where your kind heart is greatly respected and rewarded.

The InkBank Support Team has over 50 years of combined experience doing exactly what you do. We are teachers, PTO, Booster Club, Coaching, Scouting, Chamber of Commerce and Community Service Club Volunteers, just like you. As you do, we hate the endless, year after year fundraising, but we love the good the results bring. After 25 consecutive years in the fundraising trenches, my wife Donna and I, got to the point where, out of "respect" for family, friends and our local merchants, we could not ask them, even one more time, to help our causes financially, or ask them to buy something they really didn't need or want. We had to find a better way.

About InkBank
The emerging cartridge remanufacturing industry had a problem - they could not get a steady supply of empty cartridges, and they were willing to pay handsomely for empty cartridges in volume. The light bulb went on.... Let's make cartridge collection a fundraiser. Nothing to buy, nothing to sell, plus look at all the good we can do for Mother Earth by keeping millions of cartridges out of landfills. What a fantastic win-win opportunity. Not to mention, that in 1997 when we came up with the idea, 98% of all empty cartridges were being thrown in the trash. Even today, less than 15% of empty cartridges are recycled, which to us is a huge, long-term, fundraising opportunity for all of you. Imagine, a fundraiser where everyone says "yes" to supporting your cause simply because they didn't know the value of their empty cartridges and they didn't know you wanted them.

We started with a little website that was donated to us, and we had no budget to advertise. We had our first customer, a lot of heart and desire, and a great deal of respect for those that found us by accident on the internet. By word of mouth we grew, and today we are blessed with thousands of fundraising volunteers across North America, and an incredible dedicated InkBank Support Team and Independent Distributor Network in the United States and Canada, all who are under the professional guidance and supervision of my partner Bill Gadd, who is President and COO of North American operations.

While we were the first, we have watched others come and go. What disappointed us early on was the lack of respect these companies showed toward their volunteer customers - mostly apparent in their low cartridge values and the underpaying of their volunteer organizations. We just don't understand the taking advantage of the volunteer spirit and we never will. InkBank, for 5 consecutive years, has paid the most in cartridge recycling values.

However, we have also found that price isn't everything. Giving you the tools to promote and collect more cartridges effortlessly is equally as important. Today, InkBank offers more free customized promotional tools to its customers than any other program. Click on our InkBank System Tab on our Welcome Page and take a look. We sincerely hope we have the opportunity to serve you and your organization.

Respectfully Yours,
