3. Do all of the cartridges have the same value?

No. Cartridges are like a commodity. Some have very high values and some cartridges have no value at all. Value is strictly dependent upon supply, demand and popularity of the cartridge. Empty Inkjet cartridges have recycling values from $0.25 cents to $6.50, while empty Laser Cartridges can range from $1.00 to as much as $25.00 each. The value of the cartridge is predicated upon how popular the cartridge is among consumers. The more popular cartridges are worth more to the remanufacturers because they sell faster. Cartridges that fit older or less popular printers and fax machines, are worth less because the demand for them is less. The value of a cartridge will fluctuate over time, especially as they become more obsolete. We must therefore reserve the right to change cartridge values from time to time as the market dictates.
